Melissa Duarte is a native English speaker from Canada and the author of The Global Business English Mastery Series. With over a decade of international experience, she knows global Business English firsthand — having lived and worked in the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia, and held roles at companies like 20th Century Fox, ELLE Magazine, Virgin, and HarperCollins.
She now leads Duarte Business English’s 6-month Masterclass program and runs a popular YouTube channel focused on practical Business English for professionals. Her teaching blends real business experience with certified coaching, helping learners speak clearly, confidently, and professionally in international environments.
She brings over a decade of international teaching experience helping professionals improve their communication skills in real business environments.
