Terms and Conditions – Duarte Business English

By purchasing any service from Duarte Business English, you agree to the following Terms:

1. Services Provided:
Online English coaching via one-to-one sessions, group speaking classes, masterclasses, and fluency programs delivered through platforms like Google Meet or Kajabi.

2. Eligibility:
You must be 18 years or older and legally able to enter into agreements under EU law.
If you are under 18, you may only participate in our services with written consent from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Payment & Booking:
Payment is required in full upon booking. Prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Sessions are confirmed only after payment.

4. Cancellations & Refunds:

• One-to-One Sessions: Cancel/reschedule with 24+ hours’ notice. Less notice = no refund.

• Group & Masterclasses: Non-refundable unless cancelled by us.

• Course Bundles: No refunds once access begins. Contact us in exceptional cases.

5. Use of Materials:
All materials and session content are copyrighted. Sharing, copying, or resale without written permission is prohibited.

6. Conduct:
Respectful behavior is required. We reserve the right to remove participants for misconduct without refund.

7. Technical Requirements:
You are responsible for having a stable internet connection, webcam, and access to Google Meet or Kajabi. We are not liable for tech issues on your end.

8. Privacy & Data:
Your data is handled in accordance with the GDPR. See our full Privacy Policy for details.

9. Changes to Terms:
Terms may be updated anytime. Continued use of our services confirms your acceptance of the latest version.

10. Legal Jurisdiction:
This agreement is governed by the laws of Spain and the EU. Disputes will be handled in Spanish courts.
